At My Treatment Rooms
I offer the following treatments at either my treatment rooms in Port Carlisle (enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside) or at the rooms in The Sands Centre in Carlisle.

Sessions are available 7 days a week up to 8pm in the evening. Please contact me for availability.
Home Visits
If you want to maximise your "me-time", I can often arrange home visits. Services offered are the same as for my treatment rooms but incur a small additional charge to reflect travelling time. Please contact me for a quotation.
Work-place Treatments
I also offer on-site treatments at your place of work; a wonderful opportunity to give your employees some stress relief. Services include:
- On-site Clothed Seated Massage
- On-site Reflexology
- On-site Indian Head Massage
